Verses to Francis Joseph I

By: Emperor Edgard II

I Edit

Francis Joseph I, our King and our Sovereign,

For ten years fought to open the door,

To unify Alexandria and his enemies abhor,

And defeated the Great Clodovis in war.

Now no fortresses against him stand,

Betrayers everywhere are nothing but sand.

II Edit

In God’s name his victory attained,

A united Alexandria is what he engraved,

In all of our hearts a new nation ingrained,

And a Great Warrior our lands reigns.

Now no fortresses against him stand,

Betrayers everywhere are nothing but sand.

III Edit

The Clodovians, pagan and unwise,

In green pastures of Vouillons we heard their cries,

Saw infinite colors of hate in their eyes.

God in his mercy gave us clear’d skies,

And for our nation, came their demise.

Our Great Warrior, forever may he reign,

Lord of Alexandria and all of its domain.

Now no fortresses against him stand,

Betrayers everywhere are nothing but sand.

IV Edit

The hand of God in this battle was seen,

For Alexandria he intervened,

Gave us the Great Warrior forseen.

Praise be to the good Lord,

For granting us the Great Sword,

No more a broken Alexandria exists,

For God has given us the Hammer of Clodovis.

Now no fortresses against him stand,

Betrayers everywhere are nothing but sand.
